By registering, you agree to the following:
You agree to communicate with your mentor or mentee at least once per month. You agree to give your mentor or mentee more than 24-hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. You agree to attend one Pesce Family Mentoring Institute event each semester and one webinar training session. You agree that all meetings will be alcohol-free and that meeting in a bar is strictly prohibited. You understand that all mentoring relationships must be free of discrimination, harassment, romantic and sexual involvement. You agree to attempt to resolve any conflict with your mentor or mentee directly. You agree to keep all personal or sensitive information shared with your mentor or mentee confidential. You agree to give feedback, send status updates and participate in periodic assesments for the Pesce Family Mentoring Insitute. You agree to participate in the program for a minimum of one academic year. You understand that even if your mentor or mentee is not majoring in or in an industry of your own that the mentor can still provide the mentee with career advice, life skills and guidance. As a mentor, you will be subject to a criminal background check and a mentor interview.
