In 2021 they acquired another business and have now scaled to 600 people - a few years ago they were 250 people.
Previously, Arbuthnot Latham provided lots of one hour, short face-to-face sessions but have moved to a more blended learning approach, with peer-to-peer learning and more focused development programs.
